Close Outlook.
Locate ScanPST.exe (typically in C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OfficeXX).
Run ScanPST.exe and select your corrupt PST file.
Click "Start" to scan and repair the file.
Restart Outlook and check if the issue persists.
