You forgot to mention the concept of lead enrichment, which is a relatively new tool in sales. Lead enrichment can be defined as the process of gathering and structuring essential data for performing sales in CRM. This process can be performed manually and automatically. By the most essential data is meant: 

  1. Name/Surname
  2. Phone numbers
  3. Email address
  4. Home address
  5. Personal preferences

Google, LinkedIn, official websites, and Global Database can serve as sources to find the above data.
