The second approach is to do more yoga and Pilates if you lack the motivation to stretch out yourself. Some guys may think of Pilates or yoga as a very girly activity, but actually, I find guys who do yoga very sexy. Because they are not obsessing with how they look, they also care about performance and flexibility.
Some of my male friends have been begging me to take them to yoga sessions because they feel stiff and vulnerable to injuries in the winter. The yoga sessions can help by expanding your range of motions, thus making you less prone to injuries. You don’t want to end up with what others call “dead muscles,” you want to be able to perform better with a more active and flexible body.
