Data from China Customs shows that Madagascar will import various types of crane equipment from China worth US$4.198 million in 2021. Compared with the total import value of 538,000 US dollars in 2020, it has increased by 680%. From the time line, Madagascar experienced explosive growth in October and November 2021, and the import value of these two months accounted for 92.12% of the total import value of the year.
