I know most of you in Texas probably already have heard, but just in case the new Kill Switch Law goes in effect September 1, 2019. Just a heads up.
Sorry I posted in wrong section on first post...

I can’t get that link to work. Not sure if it’s me, or the link. Assuming from the heading, drivers have to be attached to a kill switch?? Usually Texas is down the list of states that require sissy stuff like that, so hopefully I’m wrong.

Thanks for sharing this information about the new Kill Switch Law in Texas. As someone who loves boating, I appreciate the heads-up! It's always important to stay on top of new laws and regulations, especially now, when everything keeps changing within a blink of an eye. By the way, have you heard of military defense attorneys? I recently discovered some helpful tips from them that could come in handy for anyone facing legal issues even related to boating laws. Just thought I'd share! Anyway, thanks again for the heads up on the new law, and I hope you have a great day!
