What is a winch
The winch is a kind of light and small lifting equipment that uses the drum to wind the steel wire rope or chain to lift or pull heavy objects. The winch can lift the weight vertically, horizontally or obliquely. The winch is divided into three types: manual winch, electric winch and hydraulic winch. Mainly electric winch. It can be used alone or as an integral part of hoisting, road building and mine hoisting machinery. It is widely used because of its simple operation, large amount of rope winding and convenient displacement. It is mainly used for lifting or dragging materials in buildings, water conservancy projects, forestry, mines, docks, etc.
Winches include construction winches and coaxial winches. The main products are: JM electrically controlled slow large-tonnage winch, JM electrically controlled slow winch, JK electrically controlled high-speed winch, JKL manually controlled fast slide winch, 2JKL manually controlled double fast slide winch, electrically controlled and manually controlled dual-purpose winch, JT speed-regulating winch, KDJ mini winch, etc., which can only be used on the ground and can be modified for use on the ship. It is powered by electric motor, driven by elastic coupling, three-stage closed gear reduction box, and toothed coupling, and adopts electromagnetic braking.
