Although you can access the Linksys extender setup portal in two ways, that is on the web browser and on the WiFi app. In the Linksys WiFi smart app process, you can install the app from the App Store. On the other hand, open the web browser and type http//extender.linksys.com in the URL bar and click enter to search for it. As a result, the extender login window will appear on the screen containing the username and password field. Take the extender’s login details from its manual setup guide and note them down somewhere safe. 

Later, fill in the extender’s default username and password in the boxes and click on the Sign-In option. In this way, the Linksys login process will be complete within a few minutes. After doing this, choose the network from the wireless network list and fill in the password. As you click on the Extend button, the Network Extended message will appear on the device’s screen soon. Which will notify you that the extender is ready to use now. Lastly, connect your devices to the network either wired or wirelessly. The Linksys extender network will now start working.
