To merge Outlook PST files, you can use the built-in import/export feature in Microsoft Outlook. Here's a step-by-step guide:

Open Microsoft Outlook:
Launch Microsoft Outlook on your computer.

Go to the "File" Tab:
Click on the "File" tab in the top-left corner of the Outlook window.

Select "Open & Export":
In the File menu, select "Open & Export."

Choose "Import/Export":
Click on "Import/Export" to open the Import and Export Wizard.

Select "Export to a File":
Choose "Export to a file" and click "Next."

Choose "Outlook Data File (.pst)":
Select "Outlook Data File (.pst)" and click "Next."

Select Folders to Export:
Choose the folders you want to export. You can select the entire mailbox or specific folders.

Specify Location and Set Options:
Click "Next" and choose a location to save the new PST file.
Set the desired options, such as replacing duplicates or creating a password for the PST file.

Finish the Wizard:
Click "Finish" to start the export process.

Repeat for Other PST Files:
If you have multiple PST files to merge, repeat the process for each file.

Open the New PST File in Outlook:
Once the export is complete, open Outlook.
Go to the "File" tab and select "Open & Export" > "Open Outlook Data File."
Choose the newly created PST file.

Move or Copy Items:
In the left pane, you'll see the additional PST file. You can now move or copy items from this file to your primary mailbox or other folders.

Regards,
Peter
