To manually migrate emails from Thunderbird to Outlook, you can follow these general steps. Please note that this process involves some technical steps, and it's essential to back up your data before proceeding to avoid any data loss.

Step 1: Prepare Your Thunderbird Data
Launch Thunderbird.
Export your Thunderbird emails to the MBOX file format.
Click on the email account you want to export.
Go to "Tools" > "Export" > "Save as MBOX."
Choose a location to save the MBOX file.

Step 2: Import MBOX into Outlook
Launch Outlook.
Create a new folder in Outlook where you want to import your Thunderbird emails.
Go to "File" > "Options" > "Advanced."
Scroll down to the "Export" section.
Click "Export."
Choose "Export to a file" and click "Next."
Select "Microsoft Outlook Data File (.pst)" and click "Next."
Choose the folder you created earlier.
Click "Next" and specify a location to save the PST file.
Set any desired options for the export.
Click "Finish" to start the export process.

Step 3: Import the PST File into Outlook
In Outlook, go to "File" > "Open & Export" > "Import/Export."
Select "Import from another program or file" and click "Next."
Choose "Outlook Data File (.pst)" and click "Next."
Browse to the location of the PST file you created in Step 2.
Choose how you want to handle duplicates (if applicable).
Select the destination folder in your current Outlook profile where you want to import the Thunderbird emails.
Click "Finish" to start the import process.

Outlook will import the emails from the PST file into your Outlook account.

Greetings,
Peter
