Install Mozilla Thunderbird:
If you don't have Thunderbird installed, download and install it on your computer.

Configure Thunderbird:
Open Thunderbird and configure it with a new or existing email account. You can use a temporary or dummy account for this purpose.

Install ImportExportTools Add-on:
In Thunderbird, go to "Tools" > "Add-ons."
Search for "ImportExportTools" and install this add-on.

Import MBOX File:
Once the add-on is installed, restart Thunderbird.
Create a new folder in Thunderbird where you want to import the MBOX file contents.
Right-click on the folder and choose "ImportExportTools" > "Import MBOX file."
Select the MBOX file you obtained from the conversion.

Complete the Import Process:
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the import process. Thunderbird will import the contents of the MBOX file into the selected folder.
