Step 1: Exporting PST Data from Outlook
Open Microsoft Outlook:
Ensure that you have Outlook installed on your system.
Create a New Outlook Data File (PST):
Open Outlook and go to "File" > "Account Settings" > "Account Settings."
In the "Email" tab, select your email account and click "New."
Choose "Office Outlook Personal Folders File (.pst)" and click "OK."
Provide a name and location for the new PST file and set a password if needed.
Copy Data to the New PST File:
Drag and drop emails, contacts, or other items you want to convert to the new PST file.
Close and Reopen Outlook:
Close Outlook and reopen it to ensure that the changes are applied.

Step 2: Convert PST to PDF Using a Virtual PDF Printer
Download and Install a Virtual PDF Printer:
Install a virtual PDF printer if you don't have one. Examples include PDFCreator, CutePDF, or Microsoft Print to PDF (which comes with Windows 10).
Open the Exported PST Data in Outlook:
Open Outlook and make sure the new PST file is loaded.
Print to PDF:
Open the email, contact, or item you want to convert.
Go to "File" > "Print."
In the Printer dropdown, select the virtual PDF printer you installed.
Click "Print" or "OK."
Save the PDF File:
Choose a location to save the PDF file and provide a name.
Click "Save."

Regards,
Peter
