What are your thoughts on bee pollen I did some searching here but had a hard time finding out if some people use it or not ? And if so how do you store it ?

Just stumbled upon this thread and had to chime in. I'm totally new here but couldn't resist sharing my bee pollen story. I've been using it for a while, mainly because I heard it's a superfood powerhouse. I store mine in a cool, dark place to keep its goodness intact.

Bee pollen is like nature's little secret, right? Personally, I've been adding it to my morning smoothies for ages – seems to give me an extra energy boost. As for storage, I keep mine in a cool, dark place to preserve its goodness. Also, quick tip: heard that a dash of cinnamon helps enhance its flavor! But pollen extraction is a very dangerous task. So be careful. Oh, and speaking of bees, found this cool article on How To Keep Bees Away over at mklibrary.com. Check it out if you're interested – some neat tricks there!

I've been adding bee pollen to my smoothies for a while now too, and I totally agree – it gives me that extra pep in the morning! I store mine in a dark, cool place just like you mentioned to keep it fresh. A sprinkle of cinnamon is a great idea; I'll definitely try that!

I’ve been adding it to my smoothies too and have noticed a real difference in my energy levels. I store mine similarly, in a cool, dark place, and adding a dash of cinnamon sounds like a great idea for extra flavor! On the topic of bees, I’ve had some experiences with them getting a bit too close for comfort. If you’re dealing with any bee issues, I found a helpful article on bee control methods that might be worth checking out: https://www.mklibrary.com/how-to-keep-bees-away/. It’s got some neat tricks for managing bee problems without any hassle.
