Open Microsoft Outlook:
Launch Outlook on your computer.

Go to the File Tab:
Click on the "File" tab in the Outlook ribbon.

Select Open & Export:
Choose "Open & Export" and click "Import/Export."

Choose Export to a File:
Select "Export to a file" and click "Next."

Choose Microsoft Excel:
Choose "Microsoft Excel" from the list of export options and click "Next."

Select Contacts:
Choose "Contacts" from the list of folders and click "Next."

Specify Location:
Specify the location where you want to save the exported Excel file.

Map Fields:
Map the fields (columns) you want to export, ensuring they match the information you want to include.

Finish the Wizard:
Complete the export wizard and your contacts will be exported to an Excel file.
