8171 Ehsaas program and 8171 Ehsaas Program 25000 BISP is the biggest welfare program in Pakistan. Through the Ehsaas program 8171, Financial assistance is being given to the poorest of the poor in Pakistan. The Ehsaas programme was launched by the Government of Pakistan in 2019. The reason for starting the program is Covid-19.
