To export Outlook journal entries to Excel, you can follow these steps:

Open Outlook and go to the "Journal" section.

Select the journal entries you want to export. You can do this by holding down the "Ctrl" key on your keyboard and clicking on each entry.

Once you have selected all the entries, right-click on one of the selected entries.

From the context menu, choose "Export" and then select "Export to a File."

In the "Export to a File" dialog box, choose "Microsoft Excel" as the export format and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the export process.

Alternatively, you can use Advik PST Converter to export journal entries from Outlook to Excel. This tool allows you to convert PST files to various formats, including Excel (XLS and XLSX). You can use it to extract your journal entries and save them in an Excel file.
