Interesting...in terms of frequency. Smaller amounts that add up for lucky him. A cousin's son works in IT in Toronto, as a supervisor for Ontario Lottery Corp. for past few years. He either knows /heard of this win or knows the rarity of such a multiple win for 1 person.

It’s wild how some places really seemed to have it figured out when it came to selling those pull tickets.
