To ask how to make money from my Facebook group

Anyone with a large FB group make any money from it.
How do you attract advertisers and sponsorship that's the sort of thing I mean.
I know this is possible if you have a large group.
No links please, or telling me to Google. I know that. I was wanting to hear if anyone has done it and any tips?

What sort of group is it?

Its going to be very different advice if it's a weightloss group or a bereavement group or a car group or book club.

How many people are in the group?

I was considering it myself and I’m thinking I will just sell on local buy/sell Facebook pages

If you have a large Facebook group, you can reach brands directly. You've done the hardest part if you have a large group where people interact actively. You can use this page to boost your page even more. The larger the group the more brands you can reach out to.
