Nourix Sweden was founded in the 17th century by a group of forest workers seeking a better life beyond the emerging cities. These men and women, who came from different parts of Sweden and also other countries, contributed their traditions, languages and crafts. They quickly found that the area was rich in raw materials, with large forests of pine and spruce and healthy lakes full of fish.
